Raynen Therapies also provide team training session based on the same principals as our personal training, but in group of up to 8 people. We start the training programs with an in-depth assessment of each athlete and identify individuals’ areas that require extra attention, while ensuring that the aims of the team are met.

Each session consists of exercises that will develop the athletes performance and reduce the risk of the most serious injuries within the sport. The final session will consist of a reassessment that will highlight the athletes’ progress and identify any areas that require further development.
